Mr. Buxton joined the Seminary staff on March 11, 1996, as Director of Business and Finance. He brings 25 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management.

For more than half of these years Mr. Buxton owned and operated his own business. He was president of Buxton TV, Inc. in Laurel, Mississippi. In addition to owning his own business, he was Can Pur CFO, Divisional Cost Manager for Burlington Industries of Monticello, Arkansas, and Cost Accountant for American Standard Corporation of Louisville, Kentucky.

His wife Nancy works with the hearing impaired. She also serves as the coordinator for the spouses fellowship along with Jackie Walker at the Seminary.
