Fellowship Meal for International Students

Dr. Harold Bare, pastor of Covenant Church of God in Charlottesville,

for the Church of God Theological Seminary international students

Students shared about their ministry prior to coming to the Seminary
and ministry plans after completing their degree program and returning
to their homeland. It was a wonderful time of conversation. Students

Mexico, Romania, Indonesia, China, and Haiti.
Special guests included Roland Vaughn, International Director of World
Missions and Steve Land, president of the church of God Theological
Seminary.

Seminary Exceeds Enrollment Goal
The Lord has favored the Church of God Theological Seminary's recruiting
efforts and we have once again exceeded enrollment
goals for the fall. Approximately 100 new students from China,
Jamaica, Great Britain, Nigeria, Mongolia, Romania, and North America
comprise a truly international student body.
The Seminary continues to be a strong leadership resource in the
Church of God. Nine members of the Council of Eighteen (50%)
are COGTS alumni or have attended classes. The same is true
of Administrative Bishops. Of the forty-six state/regional
offices (including Hispanic ministries), either the husband or wife
in twenty-three of this leadership group (50%) are alumni or have
attended classes at the Seminary.
Further, the Church of God Theological Seminary has supplied over
80% of the leadership in World Mission schools. These Seminary
trained leaders are in addition to over 1,200 other alumni who serve
as pastors, missionaries, chaplains, teachers, and counselors in
a global context.
We want to be your leadership development resource.
Your ministry is our mission!
